I hope whatever the problem was that caused such poor shooting statistics is fixed next season. It's just one more excuse the critics use to detract from the MVC's case for 4 or 5 bids.

Eh, I don't think it's too bad. The committee doesn't base their selections on style of play, they base it on wins and losses. Pomeroy didn't slight the teams, just the quality of the games. I can't say I disagree. They were hard-fought slugfests. There will be a lot of them in a lot of conference tourneys this week.
