Thought I'd update this thread on Justin Bocot from Bloomington HS.
I just read a new recruiting article saying he is taking visits and preparing to take the ACT.
He is going to DePaul and Iowa State shortly for visits, and maybe add visits elsewhere, naming Indiana State.
Here are the schools Justin claims are looking at him although he admits that nobody has yet to offer a scholarship and they're waiting for him to pass his test.

Scout, where did you see that Bocot has offers from Illinois State? That would surprise me, as I've heard Bocot is close with the Dunson family.

First, both scout and Rivals list the schools that are interested in Bocot and both sites say none have offered and that Illinois State isn't expressing interest.

AND-- just a little over three weeks ago, a Rivals interview with Justin Bocot said this:
"However, the 6-foot-3, 170-pound point guard is still waiting for his first scholarship offer"
and list several schools who have watched him but not offered--including SIU and Indiana State, but not mentioning Illinois State.

They do mention Iowa State as interested, so possibly somewhere they might have said ISU was interested, but they mighthave meant ISU=Iowa State U.

Scout, where did you see that Bocot has offers from Illinois State? That would surprise me, as I've heard Bocot is close with the Dunson family.

He reported it on Rivals.com a while back. Though Bocot is close with the Dunson family, he only partially played for Team Illinois. This way, if Moser wanted him, he wouldn't have to admit that he got a player from Dunson's team. I highly doubt Bocot is considering the Redbirds though.

I have heard rumors that Bocot will go the prep school route, unless his he gets an offer from a Big 10 school like Illinois. As of now, that's not likely.

Currently, Bocot is getting interest from schools such as Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, DePaul, and Nebraska, and lists offers from Indiana State and Illinois State.

That's where I found out both ISUs offered, not just Indiana St.

At one time Bradley was interested in Bocot, but I have not seen Bradley, or ISU listed for a long time.
