NCAA Division II is down to the Final 8, and SIU-Edwardsville, a team that played Bradley at the Fieldhouse back on November 3 (Bradley won 74-62 (http://www.bubraves.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=19332&SPID=1498&DB_OEM_ID=3400&ATCLID=210638)) is one of the Elite 8. They have beaten 3 higher seeded teams to get there. Also, Wenona State, the other exhibition game Bradley played, made the tournament but lost in the first round.--

NCAA Division III is down to the Final 4. Illinois Wesleyan is one of the Final 4. The semifinals will be played Friday and the Final on Saturday at Salem, Virginia.

Naia Division I begins their Round 1 games Friday. There are 32 teams, including Olivet Nazarene of Kankakee, University of Illinois Springfield, and Robert Morris and St. Xavier of Chicago. There are quite a few Peoria area players on the Olivet and UIS rosters.

Illinois Wesleyan won the 3rd place game to finish with the 3rd place trophy in NCAA Division III.
