How does this get decided? Why are Bradley's all-session tickets always crammed in the corner and up higher? Year after year? Is there any explanation for this? It looked like Evansville's were down low and about at the fifty yard line. Maybe just my imagination...

It is decided by the MVC office. They do not reveal their reasons, but i have heard it has to do with how many tickets you sold the previous years, and how many you are expected to sell. But I agree that Bradley always seems to get lousy seating.
