Same link as above to current stats, he's now 5-1 with a 2.81 ERA. Still just has one start, and doesn't have any saves. Good to see him having success though. Team is in first place too.

Any chance of ZMac getting a call-up?

That won't happen this year. I have never heard of a callup from class A ball, or of a 1st year player out of high school.

Recap of Zach McAllister's season with the Yankee's rookie squad:
http://www.minorleaguebaseball.com/app/news/article.jsp?ymd=20061107&content_id=142758&vkey=news_milb&fext=.jsp
The GCL (Gulf Coast League) Yankees went 31-20 (.608)
"Zach McAllister, RHP
McAllister finished second in the Gulf Coast League with five wins in 11 appearances (one start), posting a 3.09 ERA over 35 innings. He fanned 28 and, after a rocky beginning, really began to settle in and posted a 1.75 ERA over his final nine appearances. The Illinois high school star had committed to Nebraska but opted to sign, and the Yanks couldn't be happier. At 6-foot-5 and 230 pounds, he cuts an imposing figure on the mound and should be one of the more interesting players to follow next year in New York's system"
