Missouri State picks up a commitment

Lane Adams a 6'3" shooting guard from Red Oak HS in Red Oak, Oklahoma committed yesterday to Missouri State. He is known as a deadly shooter and is averaging 31 points per game.
He is rated 2-stars by Scout.com, and 3-stars by Rivals.com.

I think the kid is a big time baseball prospect who may sign to play MLB if the money is right. I think this scared away some of the Big 12 schools and MSU said he could play both sports there.

He does play in the small school classification but I guess he can really shoot it and is a good athlete.
 
GAAHH!! Why aren't we hearing anything like this for us?

We need a good shooter and quick...I don't care if they are a 1 star just know for sure they are lights out...those ranking systems don't know anything anyway

Lane Adams does play baseball at his high school, and there are reports that there might be teams interested in drafting him in the Major League baseball draft in June. How high he gets drafted, and whether there is a good money offer might affect his decision to play college basketball.

He plays at a small school in Oklahoma, and I think the fact he puts up big numbers against weaker competetion is also a reason why he didn't get bigger offers.
