According to CBS Sportsline, the NCAA moving cautiously against prep schools for fear of facing multiple lawsuits. So, instead, they have instituted a new campaign directed at the graduates of prep schools directly. They have sent a new questionnaire called a "List of Required Documents" to many prep school grads.--

It asks each student-athlete to "please provide information related to all the boxes checked on this form. All information must be provided before the review may occur."

There are 31 boxes on the questionnaire that could possibly be checked. Among the instructions are simple questions like "Why did the PSA (prospective student-athlete) attend multiple high schools?" to not-so-simple requests like "Explain how learning outcomes were assessed, and provide examples of assessments."

All this extra paperwork could delay rulings on a kid's eligibility, and keep him from being cleared to play, and result in 'non-suspension suspensions'.
