Sean Harris

Not sure what's going on, but with experience from having friends on missions, I can tell you that generally mormon missionaries are only allowed access to the internet/telephone once per week. In fact, one of my friends was only allowed to contact his own family via telephone twice per year. Once on Christmas, and once on Mother's Day. They communicate primarily through written letters, and the fact that he is in Honduras in what is probably a fairly undeveloped area probably makes it harder to communicate with the outside world. It also doesn't matter when we receive the LOI, it only matters that he signs it within the signing period.

This is one I am really not worried about -- as I really doubt Harris will abandon his pledge. it's just not the way kids and families like his operate....

And -- what if Harris does NOT sign his LOI -- what could possibly happen??
Is he gonna get calls from Calipari or get stolen by someone else who has been tracking the kid? No way -- there's not even a D-II school that would try to pry him away from Bradley, since nobody's seen the kid play ball (in fact nobody's even seen the kid at all) in two years!
And if he changes his mind and decides he wants to be a full time missionary -- I think we'd lose a good prospect, but we'd also have yet another scholarship to find a TB-replacement...

I dont think Sean is backing out, I was just wondering why it was reported as a one day delay but nothing to date. I am sure he is coming but it would be nice to get him signed to a LOI.
