.ilos gets his first start and hits 8 3's in the first half!

Oh wait, that's not what you're referring to :/

Hopefully JL is texting his players with the 'ole line he had to start using on TB..

"WE, JW just called and hopes that you would be guarding him, because he wants to get a bunch of open 3 point looks..."

I voted Lewis; easliy the strongest player on the court and coming off a great game against SIU.

Ekey is an awesome athlete. He's a lot of fun to watch.

Ekey is the one that stuck out the most to me as I was doing the Per 40 numbers.

I also noticed that a lot of Carmichael's Per 40 numbers are very similar to MK's. That was quite surprising to me.

Hill and Carmichael were the difference-makers last year in Carver from what I remember. We turned Hill into a star, but then he regressed since then.
His last game was solid - must be anticipating playing us again.

As for BU, I think our seniors will play well tonight, as this is their last chance to play in this rivalry game in front of the home crowd. Hoping that Mr. Lemon is a spark-plug for us off the bench.

Very intersted to see what ISU does against Warren.
Do they stick a smaller faster defender on him, or throw the length of Ekey and Wilkins at him?

I was thinking about this very thing last night. If I were Jank I would definitely go with length when defending AW. I figured it'd be Wilkens when they are on the floor together.

It would be hard to coordiante but instead of booing Wilkins I'd do the silent treatment....boo the rest but when he came out and they mentioned his name....shhhhhhhhhhhhh........as in, your irrelevant. :)

With as many wide open threes as we allow... it's got to be Wilkins. A breakout game. I feel it in my bones.

Honorable mention to Mishler (who I voted for) with 8 huge points at a crucial time to help bring the Birds back...
