One goal is all I give you Coach. ONE GOAL! I had taken that we weren't doing anything this season and was settling in to the idea that Jimmy was going to be back next year. But I said "I give you one goal.......Sweep the Birds, and I'm at least okay with you staying". He has failed to do this. Jim, time to go. When ONE PLAYER single handedly keeps you in the game with 24 points and you STILL manage to lose, it's time to Go. Post what you think (As long as this stays up)
 
Before mine was taken down, the people hath spoken. He shall stay and see how the season plays out. There were some very clutch plays, by the skin of our teeth you could say.

But alas, it was not meant to be. 0-10, man could I go for some Jaybird right about now!

I could go for some Irish right now! :) A loss is a loss, unfortunately.... would love to see him go right now, but not realistic, he'll stay through the season, hopefully he'll be done at the end, but Que Sera Sera. PS, Lowest attendance I've ever seen at a BU-ISU game.

Does that apply to other threads as well? I was referred to as a 'sad person' and a liar by someone who didn't agree with me.
 
It applies to all posters and all opinions. Point me to any post, and we'll check it out. I am not sure calling someone sad quite rises to the same level as accusing you of lying.
 
my goal for the season after the SIU game was to finish ahead of ISU in the standings. I didn't care if we were 9th and they were 10th, that was my goal. I didn't even care if we beat ISU twice as long as we were in front of them. Sadly, I don't see how that will happen now.

I agree except for egolf...

his lack of basketball sense stuns me.

The players play hard, they just arent good enough.

I havent heard much booing except from the isu student section last night

There is absolutely no reason to ever boo a player...at least at the college level...


The other portion of the team, well....

I have to give Egolf a little prop for his "physicalness" towards Wilkins. It is pretty obvious he decided to grind an axe towards Wilkins. I for one was very pleased to see him pretty much take how Wilkins treated Bradley personal.
 
One goal: Since this season is over, play Lemon Jr, Prosser, Dyricus and Eastman a lot and develop the young talent for next season. Just do it, Les.
