Bulls

...The Bulls need to tak 1 of the 2 games in Miami because I don' think they can beat the Heat 3 straight times.

Looking at things the other way- the Bulls only need to take 1 of the 2 games in Miami to take back the home court advantage.

There's no doubt in my mind that the Bulls will take at least one down in Miami. Chicago played very poorly by their standards and was still tied with 4 minutes to go. Just wait until next week when they're playing every other day. Miami is going to wear down due to lack of depth and heavy minutes/grind at both ends of the floor.

Bulls in 6.

Great game 4- Bulls with a slim lead with 3 1/2 min left.
Kyle Korver is just killing the Bulls. He can't make a shot. OTOH, Mike Miller, who has been worthless all year for the Heat, can't miss.

Bad charging call on Noah, and it's tied 80-80 with 3 min. left. The only chance the Bulls have is if Korver doesn't see the floor again.

Oh boy! The Bulls have gone ice cold in overtime so far. Down 89-85 with about 2:30 to go. We can't afford to go down 3 games to 1!

Well, very disappointing the way the Bulls finished tonight, and now they are in whole HEAP of trouble! The series is not over yet, but this is a tall task ahead for them. And this would have been the year for the Bulls to win the championship because Miami will only get better next year, even if they win it all this year.

Lot's of turnovers at the end and a blown lead on top of everything. Hmmm, I thought we all saw enough of this with our Braves this past year!

I must say the "refing" tonight is on the order of the worst I have ever seen at any level! That or they are the most crooked refs I have ever seen as they seem like they can't stand the thought of the "three headed monster" not winning the championship this year. Unbelievable!

In spite of that, the Bulls back out to a 67-57 lead. Hang on guys!

Miami is letting the Bulls win as they want to clinch it in Miami. Haslem has only played 16 minutes so far late in the 4th quarter. They are goin easy tonight, real test will be in Miami for game 6.

What was that now?

Oops! Not quite Jason!

Well, this was stunning, no question about it. The refs were ghastly tonight, but so was the Bulls late game shooting. That's what lost it, and that was a classic choke job. Well, maybe next year.

The Bulls stopped moving the ball on offense and stopped playing defense in the last 3 minutes. But give the Heat credit. They could have mailed it in and try to clinch it in Miami but they stayed in there and D-Wade and especially LeBron hit the key shots. I hope Dallas can make it a series.

I actually watched the last 6 minutes of the game, and I don't get into the NBA much. (gotta' watch something when riding exercise bike!)

I was shocked by the last 3 minutes with Da' Bulls up comfortably - 11 pts.

I was not COMPLETELY stunned by this meltdown though, as I witnessed a game back in January when a D-I college basketball team lost an 11-point lead with 1:30 to go...to their rivals. Did anyone else happen to see that game? :)

If you're not following me, the Bad guys from Bloomington stole one from us...or better said, we handed it to them.

The problem wasn't the refs. the biggest problem is that the bulls still have boozer locked up for four more years and roughly 60 million. that is a signing that will cripple the franchise for years to come. gives them very little flexibility to upgrade roster. they need an all star caliber side kick for rose or this will be the future for the bulls. miami will only get better with little roster tweaks and experience and if new york gets a PG they will be a ton too. maybe orlando would trade howard for boozer straight up! seriously though, did you notice boozer and noah sitting on bench for fourth quarter? go heat!

We won't know what Orlando is going to do until there's a new CBA, but I would offer them Noah/Taj/array of 1st round picks for Howard (assuming they want no part of Boozer).

The only way that I can see someone topping that is if they can take on a bunch of bad contracts from Orlando like Arenas and Turkoglu.

Well the Heat was letting the Bulls win until the Bulls couldn't make any shots LOL.

I read a stat today on rotoworld, MVP D. Rose shot just 6.3% when guarded by Lebron. He shot 39% overall in the playoffs compared to 44% during the season.

I said the same thing! I'm not a Bulls fan but I did want them to win. They need another pure scorer. I thought for the most part they played pretty good D but their 1/2 court O simply could not find any rhythm. I'm not sure what they can do for next year.

BTW... Howard either heads up north or out west. I have no idea how The Bulls could pull off a sign and trade for him.
