Hey--- read what the DePaul fans said about the Bradley fans:
"DePaul fans can learn a lesson from Bradley fans. BU fans showed up wearing red and were loud and enthusiastic"
"Bradley fans...make the environment great and was a true 6th man. I always said that if I were to coach a college team and it wasn't DePaul, it would be Bradley...and it's because of their fans"
And this is representative of what they said about Daniel Ruffin:
"... we have the more talented player, it's just that Daniel Ruffin works harder, and plays smarter.
Daniel Ruffin was never a three point shooter, but rather just a playmaker. After Sommerville and O'Bryant left the team for pro careers, and Tony Bennett also left after being a reliable scorer, Ruffin was basically given the team and he turned himself into a complete player, rather than a set-up man.
He ran that team BRILLIANTLY, and is one of the better point guards I've seen in college basketball in the last 5 years. In the halfcourt, he drove the lanes, found the open guys, and when needed, hit the open shot........"
