I posted here about my frustration with BU after sending a check to the Braves Club. A couple things fell through the cracks, which is part of life. The important and impressive thing is that the people at BU cared enough to check the Internet, found a way to get in touch with me, and fixed everything quickly and with a great attitude. BU is a special place. Thanks to our friends in the Athletic Dept. for a great job.
 
I'm glad it was fixed. I know the people in the Braves Club, and elsewhere in the athletic dept. do care about every donor, and every supporter.
