Bradley recruiting the #1 player in the country for 2013

I am not saying you are wrong, because I think we have no chance with him. But as your first post saying you heard from someone. I am not going to buy that, I will wait for a more dependable source.

Latest column on Jabari Parker -- it's premium but...

Jabari is now getting going on his high school (Junior) season and their team is many people's pick as the best in the nation..
Parker is getting heavy recruiting interest from everyone -- UNC, DUKE, etc..
Jabari Parker rates both UNC and Duke right where he rates Bradley -- as "possibly deserving a visit" - he has NO favorite and no specific plans for any visits right now...
So - sounds like BU is still in the running!

FWIW, I have had a couple conversations with folks close to his family, and they have told me that Bradley was not being seriously considered.
 
He should come to Bradley...lead the nation in scoring for a season...maybe 2...then enter the NBA draft after leading Bradley to the final four. Sounds good, right? :D
 
Parker played a little soft at the state games in my book. Sure he got his points and easy defensive rebounds but he didn't put any effort in going after the rebounds if he wasn't within 5 feet of the rim. He also never bothered to follow his shot, would always just shoot it and then start up the court. He'll get eaten up in college if he doesn't correct this.
