This is a 3 year process. That will be my mantra for the next 3 years.

Its week one of 156....Im going to love the journey.

It will be a lot of losses, to bring this program back.

Yes I believe it was a mess, some will disagree.

But its going to take time to ascend to where this program can go.

Lets enjoy the wins, struggle with the losses, and realize the goal is to be achieved down the line, not today.

Exactly....besides, they have only had a handful of practices. You can't possibly think they are going to be hitting on all cylinders.
