One MVC game Sunday, 12/11

This is the worst D-1 basketball game I have ever seen. That's not an exaggeration.
 
The first half was almost unwatchable, but in the second half, SIU is playing tough defense, and they are actually making a few perimeter shots. They have closed it to a 1 point game with 5:38 left, SIU trails 39-38.

Wow! What happened at the end. SIU outscored 15-5 those last 5:38. I don't think SIU is going to win too many games this year. I can see only 5 or 6 wins max, with them challanging Drake's futility from about 12 years ago. I'm thinking we should be able to sweep them, but who knows.

Now onto what could be an almost as unwatchable Bears/Denver game!
