It's not a completely new rumor...and I really can't believe the Bulls would make this move since all four players they would give up have been starting and contributing a ton...

The Bulls would get Pau Gasol from the Lakers plus Anthony Parker and Antwan Jamison...and give up Luol Deng, Carlos Boozer, John Lucas, and Ronnie Brewer.

The Lakers Boozer, Brewer, and Ramon Sessions, giving up Gasol and a 1st Rd pick

The Cavs get Deng, Lucas, and the Lakers' pick - giving up Jamison & Sessions.
 
I want Gasol, but not at the expense of making the team OLD. Parker and Jamison were in their college primes in the mid-1990's and Gasol isn't exactly a spring chicken.
 
I have heard several variations of this rumor, but this one is not quite believable.
Exactly how does this help the Lakers? We already know they don't want anything to do with Boozer. The Bulls have tried making a trade for the last 1+ years that had several variations of Boozer for Gasol and the Lakers refused every offer that included Boozer. And I agree that this does not seem to really improve the Bulls, who are already the best team in the NBA.
