NCAA games Thursday 3/22

Last night's Wisconsin game has some people 2nd guessing Bo Ryan...

Wisconsin had 19 seconds to run a final play and at least get off a good shot...down by only a single point, facing a zone that they had shot well against all night.
PLUS -- they were sitting on an UNUSED time out
They were only down by ONE point - and needed a good shot...
Their MOST effecting scorer Jared Berggren (6-7 from the floor and 3-3 on 3pt) was sitting at the scorer's table waiting to get in becasue he spent too much time talking with BO and was late getting to the scorer's table after the play-stoppage, and yet the entire 19 sec ticked off with nobody getting open and the Badgers never even got anything close to a decent shot..

The questions -
...why didn't he use the time out to get Berggren in the game ... and how did he NOT get him in in such a critical situation?
...why didn't he call the time out with at least a few seconds remaining when he saw they were struggling severely to get a shot?
...why didn't they have some kind of a final play already drawn and ready to go instead of looking so clueless out there?

I was watching that Wisconsin play also and was left kind of confused at the end. I think the whole crowd was confused, like what the hay just happened? LOL Bo Ryan usually draws up nice plays.
