Richwoods Shootout

saw a lot of action at the Richwoods Shootout...if anyone wants to know how anyone did, lmk..
Taphorn was gone but Alec Peters put on quite a show....
Geno's kid & Greg Graham's kid play for Dunlap who almost knocked off Central - they have some talent..

any results or info on tomorrow's pools? i think i'll go in the morning tomorrow.
 
Several teams played well but Washington went 7-0 thru the tournament at Richwoods to
win the tournament title...

mid-illini is obviously a very difficult conference to build a program from the bottom up in. washington looks very tough and is a clear favorite to win the m-i this year. metamora looked decent, even though washington hammered them, they have some nice size, pekin will be good just because of taphorn, and even dunlap looked much improved. morton is always good, despite losing a lot of talent. big task ahead.


i only saw yesterday morning, but peters really impressed. he looks very strong, basically scored about the first 15 points of the game against metamora, including two threes. taphorn also looks to me like he's been in the weight room. wasn't hitting from outside against dunlap, but still played strong. any other thoughts?
 
 
Alec Peters will be attending U of Wisconsin Elite Camp today and tomorrow! Glad to see all the local prospects have a chance to play at the next level.
