Final: Bradley 65 Virginia Tech 66

Good effort by the Braves last night. Just did not seal the deal. Got to make the free throws of any game we are up in during the last 2 minutes.

In regards to our last turnover...... when I was listening to Dave and Chad last night on radio I heard Chad say "oh no" (or something like that) after a bad pass by Lemon? Later on Dave mentioned something about a ball hitting the underside pads on the backboard. Does anybody know if our pass did indeed hit the underside and deflect to VT which led to their last 2 points of the game? Was this after a rebound or were we in bounding the ball? A lot happened at the end of the game and I was excited and yelling at the radio. I might have missed something said.

Feel free to hold the coach accountable, if in this instance it's your preference. I guess it all depends on what your expectations are for this season.

Nothing to do with expectations for the season. BUfan was probably just wondering why after such a productive first half Jalen rarely saw the floor in the 2nd half. JP also had a good game but he and Jalen both only played 21 minutes. Didn't see or hear the game, so I'm just wondering also. Sure Geno had a reason.

That isn't what his post said. You must have the ability to interpret someone's intent better than I do.

well I wouldn't blame Geno for a loss that was unfortunately due to missed shots, missed FTs, and turnovers...but heaven knows
that the past two head coaches sure got blamed for a whole lot of such losses and the ones due to injuries..

Just giving my opinion, no reason for sarcasm. In no way am i defending bufan9. Guess I was really answering SFP's post about Jalen's playing time after such a productive first half.

I wasn't being even a little bit sarcastic. You took someone else's comment and gave a fairly thorough explanation what he was saying. I wouldn't attempt that, myself.

This post is exactly why I don't visit this site as often as I used to. I'm so tired of this 'past coach' stuff... I just can't read it anymore. It's too bad, because the site is excellent and the information is better than anywhere else... but until we can focus on the present and the future, I can't keep reading this garbage.

Thought I just explained I was really replying to SFP's comment about Jalen's playing time. Must be getting old I got the 2 posts mixed up.

Noticed BU has billboards with live updates during the games now. Very cool to drive down War Drive and see the exact score of the game on a billboard.

In BU's glory days, the Palace theater kept a running score next to the screen during the games.
