Geno pleads for fan supprt

Regarding these odd Sunday game times, this is the time ESPNU showcases the Valley each week. Even the ACC has Sunday night games on ESPN and Fox Sports. I'm not sure how they get around the odd scheduling, but if Bradley and the Valley wants some nationally televised games, I guess they have no choice but to schedule a few of these Sunday night games.

This is why BU is trying to position itself with the option of playing at Ren-Col (;)) so they DO have the leverage for a better deal -

Seems the folks in the Athletic Department are doing everything they can, doing a great job, as successful and almost any team in the Valley
or at the mid-major level.

I don't think that Jim Wetherington believes for a minute that Bradley would move all 16 men's games back on campus. Especially, if the program rebounds even quicker than what some expected.

Doesn't having the RenCo as game #31 on the schedule mean Will's possible 10% suspension is 4 games instead of 3?

I thought the 10% suspension would be 4 games all along. I don't recall hearing of a 3-game suspension until just now.

You are correct in that we could have played this one sat. night but chose sunday at 4.30 because of ESPNU which is the right thing to do because of the exposure.

I would take Sunday night games every week if it meant being on ESPNU on a weekly basis. Good for the program.

No matter what there will always be bitching about the schedule. BU could schedule nothing but Saturday night games and people would complain that every 3rd saturday is bible study at church.

I always heard at least 10%. And 3 games is less than 10% of 31 games, so I thought a suspension would be a 4 game minimum.

Since it is a university rule, and not an NCAA rule, I am guessing Bradley can choose whatever way they want to count games.
