PJ Star article about Anthony Parker

Great article. Thanks Dave.
Bradley fans have been fortunate to have a couple of the most classy and respectable guys in the NBA in Hersey and AP.

Toronto plays in the Eastern Conference - Atlantic Division which is having a very down year. But, at the same time, that presents opportunities for every Atlantic Division team to be in the playoff hunt. Toronto after a slow start this year is tied with NJ for the divison lead with identical 7-12 records. But ... Toronto is 5-5 in its last 10 games, the only team in the divsion to not have a losing record over that span.

AP has started every game this year. There was a 7-8 game stretch in the middle where AP had been moved to the 3-spot and his offensive game struggled. He has produced much better numbers at the 2-spot which is where he has been starting for last 5-6 games. The Raptors need AP to find his 3-point stroke. He is shooting a mere .288 from behind the arc.

Isn't the 3 point distance shorter in Europe? I think most Euroleague players that come back to the US to play in the NBA struggle at first with 3 point shooting because they haven't been used to the longer distance. I am sure AP will adjust.

I think he will too. He has the shooting stroke, the strength, and the shot selection judgement to be in the top 10-15 three-point shooters (percentage-wise) in the league.
