2012's ranking had BU at 140.

2013 is 202.

They also must have changed their system for determining multiple factors in that timeframe, however, as 2012 shows the "ROI - 30yr" at $350,000 and around $750,000 in 2013, but our ranking (and ROI %) decreased.

I've done my fair share of schooling and economics, but I don't think anyone needs to be told that these kinds of "studies" are all fluff... Haven't dug too far into this one, and don't think I'll waste my time on it, but take it with a grain of salt...
