Head coach at Mercer is close friends with Jim DeRose and used to be assistant here at Bradley & worked under Jim...

and JR has the potential to start and play as a freshman there but likely would not here...although don't be surprised if he takes a redshirt year first to get stronger...

anyway - Jim DeRose is the kind of guy who may get offers in Athletic Administration... ;)
