2018 & Beyond recruiting targets

...
Maurice Commander 10, Kenny Strawbridge 13, Perry Cowan (2019) 11[/I]

I don't know if Bradley was ever in on Chicago Curie's Maurice Commander but he did have OFFERS from MULTIPLE MVC schools....but now he has dropped Missouri State, Evansville, Murray State, Milwaukee and multiple other midmajors...and cut his list to just two...

This morning he narrowed his list to just TWO FINALISTS and will decide soon between...

UC-DAVIS and UT-Chattanooga
Hard to know which way he's leaning but he tweeted this YESTERDAY

Amazing since Coach Les got in late and just offered 3 weeks ago and a lot of midwestern schools had been in on Caommander for a year....
He has blown up considerably this summer...

One-time Bradley recruit George Conditt committted to Iowa State today.
Illinois head coach Brad Underwood coveted Conditt and recruited him hard

Illinois has now struck out with several of their 2018 big man targets. Another 2018 recruit that Illinois wanted was Lukas Kisunas. He just made an official visit to Illinois this past weekend, but today he committed to UConn.

They will be a small team this season. They have no centers on their roster, and the only big men with any experience are a couple redshirt juniors, 6'10" Michael Finke, and 6'7" Leron Black, both of whom seem to like to play around the perimeter.
And they do have a raw and unproven 6'9" freshman Greg Eboigbodin whose only other offers were mid-majors, and a thin and virtually unknown 6'9" freshman Matic Vesel from Slovenia, who did not have any other college offers at all, and wasn't even listed in anyone's recruiting database until he committed to Illinois in mid-May.

Iowa State - as always - is making a killing landing Illinois, Wisconsin & other nearby kids who have largely midmajor offers - Zion Griffin, George Conditt, Tyrese Haliburton, Terrence Lewis, Brady Ernst....
Then they add those kids to a massive number of higher level transfers..

That approach doesn't work for everyone but I guess you can't knock it as Iowa State's been winning >20 games every year.

...add one more - Michael Tucker - previously offered but now getting an extra year at John A. Logan (juco) and will be Class of 2018..
John A. Logan coach talks about his players and says they only have one returning player - so it looks like Tucker did not get his extra year granted...

so he has enrolled at a DII- University of Southern Indiana but his bio page says he is redshirting in 2017-18...
If you recall, he was originally a 2013 high school grad so he may be running out of eligibility

I have heard Bradley coaches are still looking at kids from outside the US, and specifically a 2018 kid who is A Guard, and who has been said to have NBA potential.
