I was wrong

Lakeview Brave

Not to long ago i posted a thread saying it was time for Les to resign, clearly i made a mistake. Thank you Jim Les for the best win I have ever seen.

I admit that I too was not on the Jim Les bandwagon. The first step is admitting you have a problem. Everyone say it with me. My name is ______ _______ and I am a LESaholic.

Congrats to Jim the team and staff. You have proven me wrong and you have won me over. Every website I go to today has a differnt pic of the Braves on the opening page. What a huge moment for BU. This is one of my favorites from Stewert Mandel.

I think Jim Les' coaching ability improved over the course of the season, just like the play of the team's. He improved in player selection during in-game situations in particular. You have to know, as a coach, what works and what does not for the personnel you have on the floor. Whatever he did in January to turn this season around (we were just 8-6 at one point) and get the players to buy into what he was saying, then seeing them execute and perform the way they have, has been more than a pleasant surprise. It's been outrageously satisfying to finally "have something" on the Illini and Saluki fans I work with!!

It's great to have virtually everyone unanimous now that Jim Les knows what he's doing, and he is on course to making Bradley a power in the MVC and nationally again.

Some of the fans here have believed it all along, and now he is proving it. This win should help Bradley's recruiting. And I don't see any reason why Bradley can't become what SIU and Creighton have been for years to come!

Tomorrow's game won't be easy, but I doubt any Bradley fans now are afraid to play with the likes of Pitt and Kansas.
