Indiana State 42

Wow, Indiana State shot just 9-51 for the game (17.6%). That's the worst I have ever seen a team shoot at home. For a 2nd straight year Indiana State starts the season like gangbusters and then fades out of contention. Could Royce's job be in jeopardy? Attendance 4,276 .

Creighton 67
Drake 62

7,178 in attendance at Drake as the Bulldogs don't shoot well, and Nate Funk scored 21 to lead Creighton.

BU 70
ISU 62

Attendance 9,294

UNI 79
Evansville 71

I know these aren't MVC games, but any time BU wins,
it always seems better when you read this.....

Kansas lost at home (if Julian Wright doesn't dunk, he doesn't score. Maybe Illinois didn't need another one of those.) Also Sherron Collins...2 assists, 3 turnovers.

UNC goes down

Indiana loses (Lance Stemler was virtually invisible)

And Tennessee loses again by nearly 20!! (just maybe we will see an end to the Bruce Pearl worship in the media!)

PS-- heard something from a pretty good source.
Minnesota has a list, and will talk with several candidates after the season. Chris Lowery is #1 on the list. A certain coach of a D-I team in Peoria is also in the list.
