As we have noted before, the MVC is much weaker this year than in recent years.
In RPI, the Missouri Valley ranks 12th, with an over all conference record against D1 opponents of 58-57-

But the NCAA will use the NET instead of the RPI this season in evaluating individual teams and for selecting at-large teams and for seeding in the NCAA Tournament.
And the NET appears to be doing what it was intended to do, IMO, benefit the big conference teams, and diminish the mid-major teams.
Using the NET, the Missouri Valley ranks 15th, lower than I can ever recall they ranked using RPI.

After the non-conference part of the schedules, there is only 1 MVC team with an RPI of 100 or better, and that is Drake, with an RPI of 98!-

And note that no team in the MVC has any wins against Group 1 teams. The MVC is a combined 0-18!
One of Bradley's wins came against a team that qualified as Group 1 at the time BU beat them (Penn State), however, Penn State has now dropped well out of Group 1.
And Bradley's non-conference schedule may have looked like it was a decent schedule before the season, but now that all the non-conference games have been played, Bradley's non-conference SOS (strength of schedule) is 311th out of 353 D1 teams. That is by far the worst in the MVC.
