MVC games & standings as of Wed., Feb. 13

Milik Yarbrough is in Dan Muller's doghouse again. He was yanked out of the game with just 2½ minutes gone in the 2nd half after going 1-7 from the floor, with just 2 points, 2 rebounds, and 5 turnovers at that point. He sat on the bench until just over 1 minute remained in the game as UNI blew the game open. He did return to the floor for the final 1+ minutes, but by then the outcome had already been decided.

Bradley is now in a 4-way tie for 5th place.

Yarbrough had a bad game for sure...
but UNI went with a 5-guard rotation at times and ran circles around ISU - who appear to have never practiced much on defense
UNi got open looks and knocked down 16-31 on 3-pointers!!

ISU fans are unhappy with Yarbrough - calling him uncoachable, but he's a disgruntled transfer who was a known commodity when he came to ISU. But they have a boatload more disgruntled transfers from last place teams in other conferences sitting on the bench waiting for their turns to play next year.

one more thing - Phil Fayne moves to the top of the leader board in one statistic in Division I
