Hard to control something that’s this uncontrollable. Hopefully whoever has it doesn’t get too sick. I’d have to imagine next weekends games will be canceled too.

MVC changes UNI series:
The Missouri Valley Conference has announced a shift in the Bradley-UNI men's basketball series, originally scheduled for Jan. 9-10 at McLeod Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

On-Line Release

Bradley and UNI will now play their series on Jan. 10-11. The Sunday, Jan. 10, will tip at 3 p.m. CT and air on the Panther Sports Network. The Monday, Jan. 11, game will be played at 7 p.m. with television coverage on the MVC TV Network (FOX Sports Midwest, FOX Sports Indiana Plus, FOX Sports Kansas City, NBC Sports Chicago and digitally through the FOX Sports GO and ESPN apps).

Bradley can do workouts with their healthy players who are not being quarantined, but the earliest they can begin practices with the full team will be January 7.

That means if all goes well, Bradley will have only 3 days of practices (Jan. 7, 8, & 9) before their first MVC game January 10 at Northern Iowa.

Really good article and good comments from Coach Wardle. In looking at the MVC schedule the days, January 20/21 and February 17, that the teams play their “travel partner” (example: BU/ISU Red) no one plays until the following weekend so you could play makeup games the weekend if the January 24/25 and February 20/21
