Well, I have a challenge to face. I'm having cancer surgery in Chicago on 10/31 to remove sarcoma from my abdomen. With God's grace I will be back to cover Peoria Rivermen and Bradley Braves in mid-January. Will miss my teams, my colleagues and all of you. Until then ...

Hello, this is Kelcie, Dave Eminian’s daughter. My dad’s surgery went well, they got all of the cancer. He’s in a lot of pain right now and heavily medicated. Prognosis is a week in University Chicago Medical, then a long rehab process. We’ve heard from many so of you, thanks!

Great news, he does a terrific job in reporting Bradley basketball. Hoping he gets back soon and healthy.
 
Hopefully Dave will be able to return in time to cover our dominant February and magestic post season run in 2024.
