To be truthful, never thought Bradley would come back trailing by 23 points. But as a true fan I watched hoping by some miracle they would come back. Hope they play 40 minutes from now on. Will not be so lucky next time. All I can say is show up Wednesday and support the Braves. "Go Braves":lol:

Correction: The next game is this coming Saturday, Jan. 20 at home against Belmont.
This will be the only game Bradley plays this season against Belmont. They do not play a game at Belmont. Be there!

I never thought it was within reach until they cut it to 6 with like 4 to go. Most of 2nd half I was just hoping Hick would get hot and we'd finish within 10 pts. I would have felt alright about that as the Braves played a strong 2nd half.

But to come ALL THE WAY BACK on the road, just UNBELIEVABLE!

This team has heart and toughness, and IMO the best guard tandem in the Valley.
 
This is a perfect example of why you never give up. I knew SIU could not keep making all of those shots in the second half yet never expected to see them fall completely apart at home. The closer we got the more pressure they felt and it showed towards the end when they struggled to score in the last 7 minutes of the game.This was a total team effort in winning this game. Now we have to take care of business and beat Belmont on Sat. because we really owe them for last season.
 
Just got today's Journal Star (01/18/24)....not a mention of last night's game...and I don't mean the comeback...Not even a mention that Bradley even played a game last night!!

On the front Sports page is an article about Andruw Jones tho, he's only been retired 10 years and played in Atlanta....why do we care about this??

Wow, what a joke.

Lol...that was quite the adventure. Flat Tire in my wife's company car... initially tried to go thru the fleet service roadside assistance...that was a nightmare...no Uber to even get to pontiac..finally called a tow service in Pontiac...waited 3.5 hours for the tow truck.....spent the night at the Hampton Inn in Pontiac.

Wasn't so bad being as I witnessed the Braves dismantle UIC a few hours earlier. :D
