George is the head coach of Greenville College in Greenville, IL - and he is also the Mayor of Greenville, having been elected in 2021. George is up for re-election, and the voting is tomorrow, April1, 2025 - here's a story about the election - LINK

George was an assistant under Jim Molinari at Bradley and was also an assistant under Rick Pitino at Kentucky in 1996 when they won the National Champoinship! He's been head coach at Greenville since 1999.

Good luck tomorrow George. One of my all time favorite BU coaches. I was fortunate to spend two weeks in the summer with him for two years when I was hiring officials to work Coach Mo's HS summer camps. He was a very intelligent basketball mind with alot of great stories.
