I didn't think he was much of a factor. He has decent skills for a 7-footer and looked good in the first few minutes of the game. But he tired easily and didn't play much in the second half.

But I noticed he was credited with 5 blocks.
I know he is known as a shot-blocker, and had over 100 blocks last year. But I think their stat crew must help him out a little. I just finished watching a video replay of the game, and I did not see more than 1 or 2.

Also, in watching the replay, I counted a minimum of 5 or 6 rebounds by Theron Wilson in the first half alone. Yet he was credited in the official stats for a total of 4 rebounds for the game. It seems likely to me that the stats crew confused Wilson (#12) with Salley (#22) and gave Matt a couple of Theron's rebounds.

If that's the case, it makes Salley's minutes even more questionable.....
