No, we're not talking Kelvin Sampson, but the Sampson assistant who was up to his neck in all the mess of arranging the impermissible phone calls, Rob Senderoff,
who was canned by Sampson in hopes it would take the heat off him, has resurfaced.
He is hired as an assistant at Kent State, under new head coach Geno Ford.
Because he is not at IU, none of the self-imposed Indiana restrictions will follow him to KSU, but the NCAA may yet rule in June that if Senderoff did indeed break rules, he could yet be given further penalties and restrictions.
