Old games on VHS

Making another request for any old games on VHS, including Bradley, Illinois, or any high school games for my collection. Several board members have helped me in the past, in return for the games transferred to DVD free of charge, and I have converted games for several coaches and local dignitaries in the business. I also collect Cubs and Bears games, and my total collection is pretty extensive. Hit me in the privates if you have anything. Thanks!

Another board member now has his games on DVD. Specifically looking to transfer Bradley, Illinois or any high school basketball or football. Free service, and I pick up and deliver if you are in the area. Off the top of my head I have helped Tornado, Chico, bravetime33, wilycoyote, and Double D, and waiting for 3 or 4 others to get back to me with what they have. Thanks in advance!

Anyone have the game from Versaces 1st season when he went on the court got technicals and ejected, and Ferguson had to go and get him off ?

only once in my life have I ever seen the clip of Versace yanking the whistle from the ref in Hawaii and tossing it into the crowd..
I don't know who has that clip but I'd love to see it a few more times...

It would help if anyone knew what date (or at least the year) of that game, and where it was played.
I have a number of those old games on Beta format, including all the NIT games, and others from that year.

But Buesch N Chips has a much bigger library and might have that game.

I dont know remember the date or who it was against )his 1st season though for sure) but it was at Robertson --- I remember him really yelling and stomping on the court and Ferguson coming out to get him -- That rant ranks up there with the Bob Knight chair throw to me. :)

I am aware of several 1982 games from the NIT that are on Beta tapes. We may get them transferred to DVD soon. I am sure other people must have games from that era, too.

The first Bradley game I ever saw was the last one at the Field House, what an amazing experience for a 10 year old! It sure would be nice to get a hold of some dvd's from that era or even some of the later Versace era games.

Are you talking about the final game played there in 1982- the Tulane game in the NIT? Or the the final MVC tournament game against ISU, or the final MVC regular season game of that 1982 season that clinched the MVC title- the 2 OT game against Tulsa, which in my personal opinion was the best game I saw there?

There was also a game played on Dec. 1, 1993 in the Fieldhouse against D3 Illinois Wesleyan, which technically is the final regular season game played there.

The NIT game against Tulane. The atmosphere was like nothing I had experienced before or since.

The Tulane game is a unique memory for me. It was a tremendous game that Bradley won to advance to New York and the Final Four of the 1982 NIT. We got to see Dave Snell do his Frank Sinatra impression lip-synching New York, New York. But the main reason it stands out in my memory, is that I had a great pair of seats down low on the team side, which some will recall were all bench-type seats. Ticketholders were assigned only a seat number, and the numbers were painted on the long benches.

But when sitting on bleacher-type seats, the worst case scenario is when the guy next to you needs to take up more space than they allot for each seat, and I happened to sit next to a 400 pound guy! That guy made Big Mike look small. :)

I had to watch the game with my torso twisted 90 degrees toward my wife, and by the end of the game my back was covered with sweat, but I didn't care since Bradley won. I spent as much of the game standing as I could!

Great collection. I wish I saved my old VHS tapes. I'm pretty certain I had at least a couple of games on tape.
