Bradley is recruiting 2015 big man Christian Romine of Mahomet-Seymour High School. He will be a senior, and has grown to 6'10", 205 pounds.

He visited Bradley on an unofficial visit today (Wed. 6/25/14) and received a scholarship offer from Head Coach Geno Ford. His other offers are from Indiana State, Florida International, and St. Francis of Pennsylvania.

as a followup......and if anyone knows more details - LMK....
Former BU recruiting target Christian Romine, a big man who spurned lots of offers in Illinois & in the midwest to go to UTEP...
at UTEP (19-14) he had a season to forget...

-at first there was talk of him redshirting the whole year but out of necessity and lack of depth in the frontcourt, he started playing early on...
Then he got himself suspended all the way thru December - rumor had it due to "violations" of team rules - like banned substances...

When he finally did get to play, he was pretty unproductive, averaging only 3.6 minutes in 14 games and hitting only 5 shots in that span - grabbing only 5 rebounds plus zero assists/8 turnovers...then being kinda demoted way to the end of the bench and not playing at all after mid-January.
Surprising we haven't heard any talk of him transferring...
 
Former Bradley recruit Christian Romine, who played high school ball at Mahomet-Seymour HS, and spent his freshman year at UTEP, has announced he will leave UTEP and transfer. For some reason, he never gained favor with UTEP coach Tim Floyd. He only played in 14 games, averaged just 3.6 minutes per game, 0.9 ppg and 0.4 rpg.

Christian Romine commits to transfer to Illinois State. He'l be eligible starting in 2017-2018.
