Keep the questions coming for Coach Les.

And listen to the Coach Jim Les radio show this Wednesday, at 6-7 pm. The show was moved to Wednesday this week because of the Tuesday game at Indiana State.

Junior college players.

Will he keep the numbers the same in the future or will he be bringing in more freshman?

Coach, how do you think Eddren Mccain will adapt to the college game given the large number of High School games that he has played against various levels of high school competition?

From what you have seen when you and your staff recruited Eddren Mccain, do you think we may be getting a more experienced player with a higher basketball IQ than the typical college freshman player?

I think a follow-up to that would be the added 'mileage' on Eddren's legs from playing 50+ games a year as opposed to the conventional 30 or so.

Any chance we could get a player on the radio show again.....it would be nice to get their take on college life.....BU....Peoria.....we need to hear from the newer players....Will E, David C, Anthony T, Ryan T, TCS....someone who hasn't been on the post game interviews!

Going into our 2nd game against Indiana State did our players know that we beat this team at home by making a lot more 2 point shots because we had trouble in the 1st half at home making the 3 also?

Some questions after last night's debacle -

1.) You said in the paper that 'We didn't show up'. Why is that? Who's responsibility is to ensure this team is prepared for all opponents, pays attention to detail, and gives the maximum amount of effort in both preparation and execution?

2.) Are there any players that are too comfortable in their roles who feel that they don't have to prepare as hard or pay as much attention prior to games?

3.) Is Sam Maniscalco hitting the freshman wall? His shooting has tailed off tremendously of late, and his perimeter shot looks flat and is short.

4.) Besides the addition of Anthony Thompson, is a big man that is ready to contribute immediately a recruiting priority for one of the final 2 scholarships?

Why do we continually shoot desperation 3's when we have as much time as 2 minutes on the clock in a one or two possession game. . .especially when we haven't connected all night?

Why do we play Sam S every game?We should be playing Austin and Egolf more they are not getting any better sitting on the bench.

Now that we have seen all the MVC teams at least once, and some twice, does JL think BU can win the tournament on the strength of good guard play and 3 point shooting or will BU's inside game (rebounding, points-in-the-pain, etc..) need to peak to balance out the guard play for the Braves to have a chance?

Does he still feel this is the most talented team he has coached?

................and why?

In practice, what has improved most in David Collin's game?

In practice, what has improved most in Will Egolf's game?

In practice, what has improved most in Tyrone Cole-Scott's game?

Coach Les,

One of the most discussed and debated players this year has been David Collins. When recruited, I think all fans realized that he would show up on the Hilltop with some development needs. But BU had seen the benefits of another 7-footer, Patrick O'Bryant, who also had development needs ... and he turned into an impact player and played an integral role in our recent Sweet 16 season.

In the SPI tournament, BU played two quality teams, Iowa and Vanderbilt. Iowa has a decent inside game and Vandy has a very good inside game. In a very hard fought, physical game against Iowa, David played 15 minutes, was 3-5 from the field, had 3 rebounds, and one block ... not a bad stat line. Against Vanderbilt, which was one of the most exciting games of the year and also a very physical game, David played 17 minutes, was 2-4 from the field, had 5 rebounds (4 of them offensive), and two blocks. A very impressive night for a new player in just his sixth game at BU.

Please explain for all the Bradley fans why David's playing time has dropped off so dramatically. Has he regressed that dramatically since the 5th and 6th game of the year that he gets no playing against an oppenent like Indiana State, a team that we should have dominated on the boards? Also, David's dramatic drop in playing time inexplicably coincided with the time of Daniel's injury. To the layman, one might have expected Collins' playing time to have actually increased with Daniel on the bench because BU might have started to emphasize an inside game to take the pressure off a freshman point guard subbing for Daniel. Thank you

Does the coaching staff tell David Collins to keep his hands up on offense and defense as he keeps them down which in turn makes it easier to shoot over him and harder for us to get him the ball?

What in the world did you tell and or do to this team in the days before the Creighton game. Whatever it was, keep doing it!!!
