I never said KS would go to jail...but you state as fact....

........admit it, we simply do NOT know anything about what he had agreed to in writing and in contracts, and what he was BOUND by contract law to comply with.
All I said was that it IS quite possible that he DID do something illegal, and it is a bit naive to say he didn't when you have no idea of the details of the situation.

And just because nobody is calling the cops doesn't prove a thing either...since I still break the law by speeding even if I don't get arrested.

Also....is unauthorized and impermissable spending of taxpayer money illegal??
I'll bet it is.........and clearly Kelvin Sampson has done this as well, making unauthorized and contractually impermissable phone calls that the University and taxpayers had to pay for.
