I've worried about that since I've noticed it ... but that could be because I still have a scar on my tounge from catching a baseball with my face when I was 8. Five stitches later, I learned not to stick out my tounge when playing sports.
It seemed like everyone at the arena had a good time last night in spite of the off court situation... Even the Peoria Police. They escorted a UW fan out (the rumor spread that it was because he tried to buy alcohol). They two officers left with the young man, but soon the individual returned to get his coat. By this time the student section had figured out what was going on and gave him some heckling. As the individual getting thrown out was going up the stairs, the students cheered and waved. The cops waiting for him at the top laughed at the student section, waved back at the students, and even had a fun little arm flex (Much to the delight of the BU students).
I sincerely hope we can pack the place for our ESPN2 appearance on Tuesday, have a good time, and enjoy a good win.

My seats are just behind the section where the UW-M fans sat, and I got a good view of this. He tried to buy a beer from the beer-man vendor. He tried to use a fake ID, and the vendor caught him. The vendor was very upset, as they can be prosecuted for selling to underage people.
The vendor continued to sell beer as he went up the stairs, and the young man probably assumed he was just out of luck with his attempt to buy a beer. But the vendor went up to the concourse and informed the police officer there and they escorted the guy out.

BU RICK, I think you are right about stuff being more relaxed and loose in the past. I'm a senior, and I see plenty of students/young people get into trouble. However, my dad and uncles used to tell stories about riding dirt bikes and 4 wheelers through town unlicensed, dropping their clutches out all the time and generally making havok all the time. Law enforcement is much more on top of it these days. I mean when was the last time you heard of drag racing going on in Peoria? I know guys that used to do that every weekend back in the 70's. Overall I think it is for the better that people aren't getting away with as much these days.

I don't know if it has been mentioned DB but UWM has been outrebounding a lot of teams that are bigger then they are this season. The other thing is that many of the rebounds they got were ones that came out long, so no matter who was in the game they couldn't have got the rebound anyway.
Does anyone know what was up with Paige Paulson? He is their leading scorer and rebounder and seemed to be the go-to guy in the first half (he took a lot of shots at least). I noticed in the second half he spent an aweful lot of time on the bench and I'm just wondering if he was hurt in some way?

Paulson got the most minutes of the game for UWM with 30. Only 2 others got 25 at 28 and 25.

He should have on the bench for longer then the 10 minutes he was. He hit his second three but after that even though he was completely broke, he kept shooting. He finished 1-7 from three and 4-11 overall.
You gotta get yours, baby! If you don't shoot you can't score. Paulson looked like you getting your heat checks in at Hausler!
