WSU-ISU/MSU-Evansville Tonight

At the half:

ISU-33
WSU-28

Shockers got off to a good start but ISU used a 16-2 run in the middle of the half to take the lead.

Talk about a major snow job at the Scottrade tonight....

Greg Marshall was just ejected for his 2nd technical from the Shocker bench...

This after a major hatchet job on Phil Thomasson while he was trying to finish a dunk where there was a no call when there was certainly an obvious foul, as there also was on the 1st technical Marshall got...

The officials are J.D. Collins, Mike Sanziere, and Gerry Pollard...

My question is this....could they not find anyone better for the tournament?!

Those three are bad enough alone, let alone if you coupled them together...

Thats like the Satanic Trifecta of officials...

I just hope this isn't what is yet to come tomorrow...

Its looking more and more like Indiana State and the 3 i d i o t s in stripes are going to prove too much for Wichita State...

61-53 Sycs w/ 3:53 to go...

Side note:

Shox guards are 4-24 from the field

Along w/ that P.J. Couisnard is 1-8 from the field and has 4 fouls

I can't believe Marshall got kicked out of what could very well be their last game of the season. I can understand if it was a bad call but I just can't believe that he took it so far to get kicked out of the game.

Gerry Pollard is a complete joke of a referee.

ISU up 63-53 with just over 3 minutes to go.

ISU back up thee after two free throws.

Then Cousinard drives and makes a layup to cut it to a one point lead, 24 seconds left.

This has turned into a pretty good game after the refs stopped getting involved

Not sure the Shox can pull this off though as INS is one of the best FT shooting teams in the Valley...
