Todays trouncing by Drake combined with barely winning over MO State on Friday would probably earn ISU a 14th seed at best but I think they'll definitely be in da big dance. A 24-9 record otta be good for at least 1 spot.

ISU would welcome a 14th seed in the NCAA's right now.imo
In reality, ISU= NIT bid
Drake has now done more in 1 year than we've done in the last 12. Congrats Bulldogs for showing it's not a job that takes forever to do!
But BB, must we not insist on the same standards for Drake as the highly respected local press demands of Bradley?
They must not just do this in one lone season, and maybe not even in back to back years,
but it is encumbent upon them to repeat this kind of performance for several years in a row before we can admit they have done well.
After all, let's remain consistent and not expose an astronomical level of bias.
After BU had a Sweet Sixteen year, we were told to reign in our enthusiasm and see the larger picture, so likewise,
I think Drake fans should understand they have had only 2 winning seasons in the past two decades, so calm down and quit the celebrating!
Remember this comment aimed at us......
"such tournament runs include a degree of luck and get blown out of proportion.
But this level of quality should be sustained and even improved."
