Creighton Loses at Florida in NIT

Well, as much as some may not want to hear it, this WAS a down year for the MVC. I don't think it's a slam on the league to say that. I would like to think we (as a league) hold ourselves to higher non-conference and postseason standards. We (as a league) simply didn't get it done this year. It's no time to jump off the MVC ledge though. These things are cyclical. This league has a great crop of young players that will have this league back to prominence very soon. I'm glad that BU's young nucleus will be part of that.

and only FIVE assists on 55 shots!!! That one on one play will kill you!!
 
Agree, some numbers don't tell the whole story, but it was Witter and Woodfox that won games for them.
