TV coverage for Bradley-Virginia game

I called BWW in peoria just now and they "are working on getting it." What is the concensus choice of a watching venue?

Beers at BWW.

Yummy pizza at DblA's.

Hmmmm.....

Looks like I'll be having a Tombstone and beer in a can at home.

Come on, you don't really believe that do you? There is plenty of tape out there of us from this year, and I'm sure the UVA staff will have a good idea of what we do on both the offensive and defensive ends. And, if that really was the case, do you think that UVA would've handed their game tape over to the CBI?

I believe every word of it. I would actually be shocked if that WASN'T the reason the game is not on the site.

There's no way the game isn't on the site because we didn't want UVA to get game tape. We've played 34? games this year and it's not like JL made some major coaching revelations in the Ohio game so what would the point of that be? I'm sure the coaching staff at Virginia got their hands on plenty of Bradley game film so if that truely is the case it is ridiculous and childish.

I called the BWW in Grand Prarie and they said that at the very least they would have the webcast on. I believe that's where I'll be at, anyone else gonna be there?

To those of you going to the bars to watch the game tonight might I suggest one thing -- Bring your laptop! If for some reason the bar cannot legally show the game or just can't get it you'll have a back-up plan (assuming they're wireless).

OK, quick, name 3 wireless bars in the area?

1. Richard's
2. ...

Another option

Another option

Hi, I'm new to the forums!

I've been calling around all afternoon and found another TV viewing option:

I just called a new-ish bar in town and they have the channel (553)!! It's called Banana's on 3410 Willow Knolls in Peoria. link!

Apparently they have $2 bottles, $2 wells on special tonight. They don't have any food other than pizza, though. The guy on the phone said I was the only one who has called about the game so far, but I imagine it's because they are an out-of-the-way, six-month-old bar. I've never been there myself, but have driven by there. So if you go and it sucks - NOT my fault! (You can also call them 309-691-7500)

And as far as wireless bars go, I think Uno's bar, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Bar Louie all have it. According to this site, JJ Ryans and Recovery Room have wifi, too.

Hey, Da Coach has a big screen TV and he has the digital package with a gazillion channels,
and that's where I was tonight watching BU pound the daylights out of Virginia even tho the narrators wanted so bad for Virginia to win,
so if we play another road game in this tourney, I say we all meet at Da Coach's house!!!

We signed up for the complete digital package this morning, picked up the converter box and hooked it up just for tonight's game. But now I am going to keep it for a few more days!!!

I did the same thing for the BU-Iowa game at South Padre and havn't cancelled the Digital package yet. If I had I wouldn't have gotten last nights game.
