On the road to Tulsa

I am riding with the BU fan bus on the trip to Tulsa.
We are still sitting on the bus in the parking lot at Shea Stadium, but we'll be rolling in a couple minutes. If anyone would like some reports and pictures along the way, let me know.

We have a pretty full busload of fans, more than I thought. I count a little over 40 people on board.

Do you know what section of the arena you guys are all in?

I do not know where our seats are located.

But if you are there, you'll have no trouble finding us, we'll be about the only people wearing red.

There is just 1 bus with a couple drivers.

We are approaching the Carlinville exit, exit 60, about an hour away from St. Louis. Only 7 1/2 hours more! The rain has stopped, but it's still overcast.

I have to imagine that you guys will be sitting in the lower portion of section 106 right behind the Bradley bench. That's the section normally reserved for visiting fans and it's been virtually empty through the past 3 games despite selling out the entire lower bowl.

We just passed St. Louis a short time ago.
There was a lot of activity and tailgating going on around Busch Stadium. I wonder what was happpening there?:)

Why in the world are you guys going through downtown? Woulda been much easier to take 255 around the city. Love to see Busch though. Go CARDS!

A Bad St Louis baseball team hopefully losing...THATS what is going on there. :)

We are just approaching the Oklahoma border, and it is raining extremely hard. Nice to hear that the weather has cleared in Tulsa.
Not much else to report. We should be there in a couple more hours.:D
