BU recruit- class of 2008- Antiquawn Beckham

This is the one I wanted and I was concerned when Ben left M.S. I was concerned it would cost us. Wouldnt be interesting if we miss out on A.B. due to Ben leaving and then Ben goes to a MVC school.....ouch.....ok lets get Larry Anderson and this will all go away.

Another article from the Mississippi State Rivals site--
http://mississippistate.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=796917

It looks like it is a premium article, but as we have seen many times before, the writer lists the teams MSU beat out for Beckham, and he completely omits Bradley. Here is a clip--
"A little bit of everything was a plus," he continued. "They have a nice size arena.
"Coach Stansbury is a great guy. He didn't promise me no playing time, didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but said there is an opportunity if I step in and play hard, and I am going to get a chance to play as a freshman.
"I just saw how it was a great environment and the people are crazy about their basketball, so it was a place I wanted to play and put myself in that situation."
Beckham said he would be given a shot at playing time both as a point guard and as a shooting guard. He chose the Bulldogs over Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, Western Kentucky and Providence, and will sign with State on Wednesday.

This writer for the Louisville Courier-Journal has had a history of omitting Bradley in articles about Matt Roth andTwany Beckham, but this time he gets it right--
