Yi had an ave of 8 pts and 5 rbs per game this season. Ick. I'm sure there are players that could play in the MVC, but they may not be worth the trouble right now.

Your point is probably very valid with the current talent level, but
what about in the next 10 years? Calipari's involvement with developing Chinese players tells me that there could be a long term benefits.
