A three day nation-wide mourning period has reportedly been proclaimed in China for the victims of their devastating earthquake, and all entertainment and athletic events are cancelled.
Even the Olympic torch relay has been suspended.

The Reach team was still planning to be there through May 25, and still had 3 more games to play, and would have been back in the US by May 27, but with only nine members on the roster, a couple injuries, and now this 3-day mourning period, the team has decided to cancel the entire rest of their tour and return home.

The Memphis/CUSA touring team has lost their first game against the Chinese Olympic/National Team, 87-80.
China shot 21 more FT's than the US team, could the refs have been homers?

The Memphis/CUSA touring team has completed their tour in China and got clobbered in their final game 91-68.
They had lost their 2nd game 92-88, and now they get set to go home 0-3..but here's one line I just love...

"phantom calls and good old home-cooking spelled defeat for John Calipari's squad once again..
and ...sometimes felt as if it were 8 on 5 (meaning the refs were on their side...)"
