Jeremy Felton just committed to SIU. He's the answer to the famous trivia question "name the only basketball player to incredibly, play for belleville althoff, belleville west and belleville east in his high school career."

Power forward
Park Hills (MO) Mineral Area C.C.

Ht: 6-foot-6
Wt: 210 lbs
Class: 2009 (Junior College)

no ranking on rivals

By the way.. grades and other problems had him move from High School to High School.
This will be his second year at Junior College.. he will go to SIU-C as a Junior next year.

He did not qualify out of high school, and had to go to Mineral Area CC junior college. He graduated in 2007 from Belleville West HS. He was not very highly rated coming out of high school, and was described as an undersized power forward.
Here is Daniel Poneman's rankings of the 2007 Illinois kids.
Jeremy Felton was ranked the #82 kid out of high school in the state of Illinois. There aren't too many D1 players after you get past the top 50.--
