I have said this before: SLU would have an unfair advantage if they were allowed to re-join the Valley; it is their own fault that they joined a league that is so far away that it costs so much to travel, the Valley is doing fine and does not need anymore teams at this time.

Yes Kirk the Logo looks good...it would REALLY look good if it said the BIG VALLEY instead of the Missouri Valley. Does anyone relate to the Missouri Valley anymore? Does Peoria, Northern Iowa, ISU, Drake.....does anyone living in one of these places tell people "you know, Peoria...we are in the heart of the Missouri Valley"...oh yeah NOW I know where you are located.
I don't like ONE state/location (Missouri) representing teams from Kansas, Iowa, Illinois and Indiana.

Well, the area all the teams are in has pretty much been called the missouri valley since the 18th century, so I guess your argument does stand for less educated people...(there are more than you know!). I think the Missouri Valley has been around for almost 100 years??? I'd probably be against a major change in the name.
